The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with fluffy towels and hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast is well-presented, and there are facilities like a jacuzzi and spa available for guests to enjoy.

Some guests have mentioned a foul odor of raw sewage in certain areas, which can be off-putting.

Convenient location, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Amenities worked well, loved the view of the fountain in the courtyard. Breakfast served early upon request. Helpful staff, provided recommendations and organized excursions.

The hospitality at this riad is exceptional, and the staff is very helpful and polite. The location is excellent, near major attractions and great restaurants. The rooms are modern yet in character, with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The riad is set in a secluded alleyway, providing a tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling Medina. The breakfast is delicious with a selection of fruits, breads, pancakes/crepes, and yogurts.

I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the in-house hammams and massages, were fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the center of the Medina and just a short walk from the main square. The hotel even offered airport transfers, made our arrival stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, and we even got to participate in a Moroccan cooking course with the chef. this hotel made us feel at home, and we will definitely return when we come back to this city.

In terms of parking, it's important to note that we couldn't park our car in the Medina. However, there are parking areas near the hotel, so it's just a short walk to get there.
